Begin with the receiving destination
A family might prefer Shanghai for relatives, Beijing for a specific department or Guangzhou for flight access. Identify the hospital or care facility that can evaluate the patient and the individual empowered to confirm acceptance. City preference and hospital acceptance are not interchangeable.
Map the full arrival route
Check the international arrival airport, any domestic connection, travel time to the facility, discharge or admission window and handover point. Airport wheelchair assistance is a carrier process, while road transport and hospital reception are separate arrangements.
Match local execution to the case
Shanghai is our primary coordination base; other major cities and long-distance legs are considered with case-specific local provider and schedule confirmation. An online article about a hospital does not establish an operational partnership, vehicle availability or access inside a terminal.
Define a fallback before departure
If the flight changes, receiving facility postpones admission or the proposed ground support is unavailable, agree who will make a new clinical and operational decision. A confirmed receiving contact and an escalation phone number matter more than a general city recommendation.
