Shanghai Pudong and Hongqiao are distinct dispatch and travel routes. Specify the flight, terminal, date, intended destination and person meeting the patient after airport formalities. A wheelchair service inside the terminal and a vehicle outside it are separate responsibilities.
For airport-to-hospital work, identify the actual facility and campus, department, admission or appointment status and person authorised to receive the patient. For a trip home or to rehabilitation, check who takes over and whether any additional clinical support was requested.
A discharge time, pickup at the permitted hospital entrance, travel to the correct airport and flight check-in must be aligned. Ask whether a relative and luggage can accompany the patient, and who provides any oxygen or mobility support during the road segment.
Vehicle, staff, distance, airport waiting and ward or terminal access can change the plan. We coordinate from Shanghai and confirm providers and hospital arrangements individually; a listed route is not a promise of a reserved vehicle or hospital bed.
