The actual domestic airline may need a new assistance or medical decision; the escort’s duty time and equipment supply may change; the destination receiver may close intake. A China-side case owner should collect those answers and issue one revised itinerary. Long-distance road substitution is considered only after clinical and provider feasibility, including crew and support continuity.

The treating clinician assesses travel suitability and support; the operating airline decides carriage and special cabin services. Road, airport and receiving teams make separate operational commitments. A quote or an escort booking is not a medical clearance or hospital acceptance.
